Being a special education teacher, I have to not only teach my children about diversity but all the other students in our school as I am at a public school where my students can be integrated into the general education. I found a "colorful crayon" poem that I copied and place in a Memory Book for my students to keep at the end of the year. I read and re-read this book several times throughout the year.
