Hey Kinder Friends,
I know things are busy and we all have a lot going on but I had to stop by today and share a little freebie with you. As I was getting ready for the new semester to begin, I grabbed my measurement toolboxes off the shelf and dusted them off and got ready for another year of Kinder measurement fun. I love these boxes for all kinds of reasons and the kids love them too. Secretly, between you and me, it's about choice...controlled choice. I totally love that. And not that I am one of those color coded people either but I kind of love that about these little measurement toolboxes too! We all know who needs to clean up now don't we?
To make these simple measurement toolboxes all you need are UNIFIX cubes, links, colored tiles and counting bears. Grab them, sort them and stuff them in some boxes and you are good to go. It really is that simple. Once you have your measurement boxes ready you can click on the image above and print the free printables and you have a ready to go station, center or box...whatever you call it! Now your kids are ready to explore the measurable attribute...length. And you are ready to solve some other mathematical crisis!
Thank you! Looks great!
