This week we read The Crayon Box That Talked and had a response to literature activity to go along with it. I was thinking about all the possibilities of things that could possibly go along with this new favorite book of mine and I thought of my new obsession...word searches. I love this book. I use it to introduce my class to discuss Martin Luther King..... the crayons didn't like each other just because they were a different color (like the way things used to be)..... great way to make a connection with the lil ones...
