Read Aloud Challenge!
Hey Kinder Friends,
How about joining me for the National 15 Minutes Movement? Help spread the word! Read Aloud 15 MINUTES is a non-profit organization that is working to make reading aloud every day for at least 15 minutes the new standard in child care. When every child is read aloud to for 15 minutes every day from birth, more children will be ready to learn when they enter kindergarten, more children will have the literacy skills needed to succeed in school, and more children will be prepared for a productive and meaningful life after school.
For free downloads about the campaign just click on the image above. By making 15 minutes of daily reading aloud the new parenting standard, we will change the face of education in this country.
So, I guess you are wondering what we are reading this week?
My new favorite Rocket book.
My favorite feel good book!
My new favorite book for Number Talks!
The best ever book when you are in a writing slump...it happens to us all!
And I am waiting for the doorbell to ring to get this one! So, what are you reading this week? Help spread the word and click the button below to support this campaign!
